Samay – Ek Sashwat Satya!!! (Time – The only truth!!)

Time – An inevitable truth. Human – An untamed breed. Who is more powerful – The never-satiating desire of human to grow beyond leaps and the inevitable dominance of time since ages. Time and time, we have seen the world evolve, the technology revolutionizing the world and human getting more powerful. But if we think of it, has the human been able to best the “time”. So far as the history goes, the answer is “No”.  

 The world has witnessed growth but along with the growth it has also witnessed the dark side of human being. The greed to get more than what is deserved is making human “inhuman”. Wars, anti-social activities, compromises, etc all are outcomes of the never ending desire to “achieve”. So who will keep a check on this, who will control this? The answer is “Time” – the only constant thing in the ever changing world. Time has seen the eras, ages, evolution of human breed and probably will see the end of it. So by far as the logic goes, Time is powerful and Time is the last truth.

 “Samay h satya hai and samay hi shashwat hai”

 In this post,  I along with one of my blogger friend, Saumya have put down a few lines which depict the constant tussle between human and time.  Phewww, I must thank her. Without her words, this post would have been incomplete without her concluding thoughts.

We present to you, “Ek Kashmakash”

“ए नादान इंसान तू ज़रा संभल
खुदा के वास्ते तू यूँ न मचल
तेरे अंजान मंसूबों को दे एक दिशा
ए नादान इंसान तू ज़रा संभल
मालिक ने बनाये हैं कुछ नियम-कानून यहाँ
तू न तोड़ उन्हें, उनसे ही है तेरा वजूद यहाँ
माना तेरी तरक्की का कायल वो मालिक भी है
पर तू भूल मत उस मालिक का बस चलता यहाँ
अपनी ज़िद्द से कायनात की राजा को तू न बदल
ए नादान इंसान तू ज़रा संभल

भोला हूँ मैं पर नादान नहीं
मचलता हूँ पर बेसब्र नहीं
रास्ते अंजान मेरे पर मंज़िल नहीं
जुनून है साथी मेरा पर मैं नादान नहीं
अपने रास्ते खुद चुनूँगा, खुद तय करूँगा अपनी मंज़िल
खुद लिखूँगा किस्मत अपनी
अपने आज पर घमंड नहीं, अभिमान है
अहंकार नहीं, मेरा आत्मविश्वास है
ए वक्त, ज़माने के साथ तू भी बदलेगा
ये मेरी जुनूनीयत है, नादानी नहीं

हाँ, मैं बदलूंगा, यही सीरत है मेरी,
तुझे भी बदलना होगा, ये किस्मत है तेरी
मैंने देखा है इस तेरी नस्ल के आगाज़ को
फिकर है, मैं ही देखूँगा तेरे अंजाम को
मैं खुश हूँ तेरे आत्मविश्वास से,
तेरे जुनून से, तेरी फतह की प्यास से
मालिक देख रहा है तेरी हर फतह की गरज को
इंसानियत मिटा दी तूने, मिटा कर अपनी नियत को
मत कहना फिर मुझे, वक़्त ने दर्द दिया इस कदर
ए नादान इंसान तू ज़रा संभल

मैं सही था, तुम बदले
तुम भी सही थे, मैं भी बदला
जब मैं गिरा, डगमगाया मेरा आत्मविश्वास
तब मुझे समझ आयी नीयत तुम्हारी 
कि वो सब नहीं था तुम्हारा घमंड
आज मैं संतुष्ट हूँ, कर रहा मैं 
अपने जुनून से पुनर्जीवित इंसानियत को
मुझे खुशी है, हाथ पकड़ तुम मेरा
 चल रहे साथ मेरे, लड़खड़ाने पर मेरे 
एक पिता समान संभाल रहे मुझे”
